The Full Story

Charleston Shine was started in May 2022, by two brothers attending college in Charleston, SC. Grant and Cole created a company that has quickly developed a strong reputation among residential homeowners, general contractors, and industrial companies. Their dedication to quality work, strong leadership, and honest business practices has created quite the resume for this company. We are excited about the continual growth of our company and will always stand on our core principals.

Meet the Team

Grant Ihrie

Owner

Grant Ihrie has over 5 years of experience in soft wash and power wash cleaning. Having done work maintaining a fleet of 85 dump trucks and tractor trailers, washing houses, apartments, pool decks, as well as airplane hangers over 100 feet tall at Boeing aerospace company.

Cole Ihrie

Owner

Cole Ihrie has done pressure washing work for 3+ years. Doing previous work with North Industrial Construction he has plenty of experience in professional services.
